What data does The Sherpa access?

The Sherpa only accesses emails that match your configured invoice patterns. We read email metadata (subject, sender, date) and download PDF attachments for invoice processing. We never store the full content of your emails.

How do I disconnect my email account?

You can disconnect at any time from your account settings. You can also revoke access directly from your Google or Microsoft account security settings.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication (we never see your password), encrypt all data in transit and at rest, and follow industry security best practices.

How do I delete my account?

Contact us at bhrbek@gmail.com to request account deletion. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
